Terms/Conditions
The following terms and conditions must be adhered to upon when a member signs up to the network. Result Wizard reserves the right to terminate any agreement at their discretion. Please read over these rules carefully.
Site Requirements:
- All pages in your website must be written in English.
- We do not accept doorway/bridge/welcome pages. The URL you sign up under must be the main page of your site.
- No password protected sites will be allowed into the network.
- We reserve the right to deny membership for any other reason. (irrelevant keyword, does not meet predefined level of quality, etc.)
General:
- Result Wizard reserves the right to terminate any account of any member that is responsible for publicly posting any derogatory and or slanderous statements about Result Wizard, employees of Result Wizard, or other members. We will defend ourselves against any fraudulant, false, or slanderous statements about our company.
- Result Wizard reserves the right to edit/modify a member's site description as we feel is needed.
- Only one account is allowed per domain/website.
- Members may not alter the Result Wizard Network code in any way without our explicit permission.
- Members that are deliberately committing fraud (e.g. deliberately hiding the button from view) within our network will be terminated immediately and banned from the network.
- Result Wizard takes no responsibility for technical problems beyond our control, such as server downtime or network/Internet trouble.
